Blending science-backed knowledge with soulful, embodied practices, Olivia creates a space for women to reconnect with their inner wisdom and reclaim their wellbeing.

Hormone Yoga Therapy (HYT) is a natural practice designed to support women through menopause by stimulating and balancing hormone production. It combines dynamic yoga postures, breathing techniques, and relaxation to ease symptoms like hot flushes, fatigue, mood swings, and sleep issues, offering a gentle, empowering alternative to HRT. A taster session is the perfect way to experience how quickly it can bring more energy, balance, and calm.

Bookable for 4 people every hour from 11am, 12pm, 1pm, 2pm (30 mins each)

This immersive 4-hour workshop is a sacred journey through the Four Feminine Archetypes – Maiden, Mother, Wild Woman, and Crone: guiding you to reclaim balance, vitality, and embodied wisdom in your post-menopausal years. Each archetype offers a unique key: the Maiden awakens energy and renewal, the Mother nourishes and honours flow, the Wild Woman roots you into fierce strength, and the Crone calls you into deep rest, intuition, and spiritual power.

 

When these archetypes are woven together, they create a holistic pathway back to wholeness – helping you rise into your next chapter as a Wise Woman, fully in your power.

Along the way, you’ll integrate practical tools, scientific insights, and nourishing rituals designed to support the very real changes the body undergoes post-menopause from shifts in metabolism, joints, and bone health to sleep, mood, and energy. Through movement, nutrition, breathwork, journaling, and ceremony, you will be guided to not only understand these transitions but to embody them with reverence.

This workshop is both deeply grounding and empowering offering a space where science meets the sacred, where wisdom of the body is honoured, and where you can step confidently into this new season of life as a Wise Woman Rising.
