But when I entered perimenopause myself, I realised something surprising.
Even with my background in menstrual health, I saw first-hand how little real support and education women receive for this transition.
That moment led me to dive much deeper into the science of perimenopause exploring nervous system regulation, nutrition, and hormonal health in a more integrated way.
Through this work I created a framework that now supports women in navigating perimenopause with more clarity, calm and confidence.
