I’m a Holistic Menstrual Health Specialist, and for years I’ve supported women in understanding their hormones and reconnecting with their bodies in a more natural, nourishing way.

But when I entered perimenopause myself, I experienced first-hand just how unsupported so many women feel during this transition.

Despite my background in menstrual health, I realised there was still so much missing from the conversation around perimenopause and very little education about how we can support our bodies holistically, beyond simply “managing symptoms.”

That experience led me to dive deeper into the science of hormones, nervous system regulation, nutrition and holistic hormonal health.

Through this work, I discovered the powerful impact of supporting the body as a whole and created an approach that now helps women navigate perimenopause with more clarity, calm, energy and confidence.
