I help women move through perimenopause with clarity, calm, and confidence without feeling blindsided, dismissed, or left to figure it out alone.

After years of supporting women with their cycles and becoming certified in Menstrual Health, I started noticing the same thing again and again:

Women weren’t being prepared for perimenopause, and the support they were offered was often confusing, limited, or didn’t address the whole picture.

So I made it my mission to change that.

I’ve blended the latest evidence with holistic, body-led wisdom from nervous system support and nutrition to cyclical living, breathwork, yoga, and spiritual practices to give women a clear, compassionate, and truly effective way to feel better.
