Hi, I’m Olivia…
I’ve spent my life living between worlds
Deeply intuitive and connected to the body, yet curious, and driven to create meaningful work.
Long before I had language for it, I was hormone-sensitive, riding intense cycles, mood shifts, and nervous system overload while trying to live at a pace my body couldn’t sustain.
After years of teaching yoga, travelling, and building community, a cervical health diagnosis forced me to slow down and truly listen.
I trained extensively in menstrual and women’s health, nutrition, nervous-system regulation, and later Hormone Yoga Therapy; not just professionally, but because my body demanded a different way.
When perimenopause arrived, I knew immediately that “HRT or nothing” wasn’t enough for women like me.
Peri:RESET was born from that lived experience, a grounded, holistic, evidence-aware pathway for hormone-sensitive women who want understanding, choice, and support as they move into this next chapter.

“I joined Olivia’s Coaching Programme on an intuition it would help me. This was despite being post-menopausal & thinking the info on cyclical living would be irrelevant to me, not being a yoga fan & honestly a bit allergic to anything spiritual after most of my life spent deep in that. Since peri-menopause, my hormonal health issues ramped up, with a diagnosis of Hashimotos (auto-immune thyroiditis), a 10-cm Fibroid, cortisol so high I had forgotten what restful sleep or relaxation was, exhaustion & difficult moods.
The last few years had also been challenging with the loss of my beloved sister & the subsequent difficult dynamic with family & a lawsuit with her partner. While working through my grief & re-triggered early life trauma for a couple of years, I kept painting imaginary landscapes looking ahead into deep gateways or archways. I am overjoyed at the sense of deep peace, power & magic I have found from the deep feminine practices offered by Olivia & her lovely team. The classes are earthy, grounded in hormonal anatomy & physiology & science & also mystical, so you can work on all levels – physical, emotional, spiritual.
