Yoga to support finding ease with Menstruation, focusing on PMS and different Menstrual Health Conditions.
This Session focuses on PMD for VATA. A calming and warming class to honour the energy of Vata. This session uses a Hot Water Bottle and an oil for gentle womb massage. You will also need bolster / pillows, cushions, blocks and blanket.
Symptoms of Vata PMS: Anxiety, Depression, Insomnia, Constipation, Nervousness, Salty Cravings.
This Session focuses on PMD for KAPHA. An uplifting class with a slightly stronger gentle flow, we focus on heart openers and gentle movement to create more ease and flow.
Symptoms of Kapha PMS: Heavy feeling, Sadness, Sentimental, Sluggishness, Swollen breasts, Bloating, Water retention, Emotional eating, usually sweets.
