Hi, I’m Olivia.

I’m a Menstrual Health Coach, Nutritional Therapist and Hormone Yoga Therapy Teacher, and I’ve spent years supporting women in understanding their hormones and reconnecting with their bodies.

But when I entered perimenopause myself, I realised something surprising.

Even with my background in menstrual health…
I still wasn’t fully prepared for the changes happening in my body.

That experience led me to dive deeper into the science of perimenopause, nervous system regulation, nutrition, and hormonal health.

Through this work I created a framework that now supports women in navigating perimenopause with more clarity, calm and confidence.

I’m excited to share the foundations of this approach with you in this masterclass.
