Meet Your Teacher
Olivia is a compassionate and highly qualified Holistic Menstrual Health Specialist who supports women through the often misunderstood and challenging transition of perimenopause. With over 16 years of experience teaching yoga and holding space across global retreats, workshops, and classes, Olivia brings a grounded, heart-led approach to women’s wellbeing. Her work is rooted in deep empathy, born from years of personal embodiment and professional dedication.
Her qualifications span both science-backed and soul-centered traditions: she’s a Certified Period Coach, FEMM Instructor, Hormone Health Coach (with focuses in Ayurveda and Nutritional Therapy), and a Hormone Yoga Therapist. She has also undertaken deeper spiritual work through trainings like the Priestess Apprentice, Yoni Gateways and Holy Womb Chakra Teachings, and is currently training as a Women’s Circle Practitioner with Hannah Lily. Olivia is known for weaving ancient wisdom with modern science, meeting the complexity of hormonal change with integrity, clarity, and care.

This was despite being post-menopausal & thinking the info on cyclical living would be irrelevant to me, not being a yoga fan & honestly a bit allergic to anything spiritual after most of my life spent deep in that.
Since peri-menopause, my hormonal health issues ramped up, with a diagnosis of Hashimotos (auto-immune thyroiditis), a 10-cm Fibroid, cortisol so high I had forgotten what restful sleep or relaxation was, exhaustion & difficult moods.
